Hogmanay Edinburgh 2005 Accommodation and Tours
Hello -
2nd day of our brand new blog - and a couple of us (me and Sarah) are gearing up for this Saturdays Wales V Australia match - once again this year we offered tours to all the International Rugby matches the most popular of which was the Wales V All Blacks which over 900 passengers attended - all of which returned to London extremely happy campers! Unlike one of our rivals who booked 600 passengers but only had 50 tickets - needless to say there was a huge uproar on the day. All of our match tickets were obtained well in advance from the visiting sides official Rugby unions - you can read more about this sorry state of affairs here.
Next big event for us is Hogmanay - New Years Eve in Edinburgh! For those of you that haven't heard of it - Hogmanay as it is known locally, has always been much more than an excuse to have a party for the Scots. It is more of a national festival that has to be seen to be believed. Edinburgh annually hosts the biggest New Years Eve party in Europe - and this year it is going to be massive! Our Hogmanay Tours are renowned as the biggest and best - join us for the party tour of a lifetime!
We went up last year and did it extremely large! One non-stop party from the time we got on the train in London until we staggered back off again 4 days later. In between we hit all the exclusive parties including a couple of clubs and 2 of us (who shall remain nameless) managed to celebrate the following new years as they time rolled across the world - New Zealand (11:00 AM), all of Australia (noon - until about 4 PM), UK (midnight) and East Coast of the USA (a scary 5 AM the following morning). One out of the two even managed to get out of bed (not that they had been in it for long) - to take the free tour to Stirling Castle on New Years Day.
